What are Core Values?

Core values are those attitudes and beliefs, central to the culture of any organization.
They form the basis of our decision-making process and provide a framework for how we
go about our work. In an ever-changing world, core values remain constant. Core values are
not descriptions of the work we do or the strategies we employ to accomplish our mission. Core
values underlie our work, how we interact with each other, and what strategies we employ
to fulfill our mission.

As we develop the AGTrust, there are five core values guiding our activity. Our
conviction is that if we make a CHOICE today to pursue these core values, the FUTURE
of the next generation of Assemblies of God leaders will be secured.

Assemblies of God Five Core Values

1. Passionately proclaim, at home and abroad, by word and deed Jesus as Savior,
    Baptizer in the Holy Spirit, Healer, and Soon Coming King

2. Strategically invest in the next generation 

3. Vigorously plant new churches

4. Skillfully resource our constituency

5. Fervently pray for God's favor and help as we serve Him with pure hearts
    and noble purpose
